Refund / Cancellations

Cancellation:

Once you place your order, your package will be ready to ship very quickly. We can accept cancellations within 12 hours after payment. Cancellation requirements past that period will depend on the preparation status. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns and Refund:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bobosquishy@hotmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the address that you need to send the package back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues:

You may request a refund to your original mean of payment if you received the wrong product or a defective product within 14days of purchasing your order. Any claims made after 14days will not be compensated.  please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to bobosquishy@hotmail.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
